He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Freshour and Velma Ponder Freshour; and his brothers, Steve Freshour and Frank Freshour. He is survived by: his wife Shelby Jean Handley Freshour; his children, Tracy Freshour (Jamie) of Abilene, TX and Robin Balthis (Michael) of Columbus, MS; his brother John Ed Freshour (Beverly) of West Point, MS; and his grandchildren, Grayson Balthis of Austin, TX and Jessica Dyess of Abilene, TX. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
