She was predeceased by: her parents, Tommy Joe Spivey (TJ) and Ollie Henderson Spivey; and her husband Charles Woodard of Reform. She is survived by: her sons, James Woodard (Sandra) and Chuck Woodard (Kathy); her grandsons, Dusty Woodard, John Woodard (Rachel), Alex Woodard (Whitney) and Jake Woodard; her great grandchildren, Charleigh Woodard, Eli Woodard, Shepherd Woodard, Noah Woodard and Maddie Woodard; her sister Janice Bond; and her sister-in-law Joyce Woodard. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
