She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Jewell and Ramie Jewell; and her husband William "Bill" Whaley. She is survived by: her son Thomas Whaley (Nelda); and her grandchildren, Christopher Whaley, Jennifer Ingle and Cherie Whaley. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
