He was predeceased by: his former wife Louella George; his parents, Willie George, Sr. and Frances Woods George; his siblings, Brenda George, Paul George, Cecil George and Luther "Scooter" George; and his great grandchild Jaylynn George.

He is survived by: his children, Brenda George Sistrunk (Travis) of Columbia, Nichol George of Columbia and Willie George, III of Prentiss, MS; and the mother of his children Debra Argus. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
