He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Hibley and Ottie Hibley; and his brothers, John Henry Hibley, Bobby Ray Hibley, Houston Hibley and Ted Hibley.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Elaine Hibley; his children, Ottie Lavinia Chambliss (Garren) and Robert Duffy Hibley; his grandchildren, Patrick Edward Morris, Christopher Cory Morris and Whitney Dawn Breland (Jon); and his siblings, Hubert Hibley (Carolyn), Therrel Hibley (Betty), D. Hibley (Teresa), Dorothy Hibley and Dicie Swayze. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
