He is survived by: his wife Bree Turnage Ford; his daughters, Addie Claire Ford, Au'Bree Rainn Ford and Addilyn Ry'Ann Ly; his parents, William Jerry and Regina Price Ford; his brother Benjamin Allen Ford (Emily Griner); his nephew Hunter Anthony Ford; and his parents-in-law, Blaine and Melissa Garrett.
