He was predeceased by: his parents, N. C. McKenzie and Inez Regan McKenzie. He is survived by: his wife Martha McKenzie; his daughter Shelley McKenzie; his siblings, Patricia Rutland, Evelyn Miller (Myron) and Milton McKenzie (Vondell); his granddaughter Kimberly McKenzie; and his great grandchildren, Everly Serie and Jasper Holmes. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
