She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Lee Breakfield, Jr.; her parents, Willie Lee and Willie Mae Quimby; and her siblings, Ruthie Lee Engel and Eugene Quimby.

She is survived by: her children, Shirley Aultman (Harold), Judy Dunn (Denny) and Richard G. "Ricky" Breakfield (Shelia); and her grandchildren, Jammie Cook, Benji Cook (Misty), Sandra Wallingford (Spence), Patrick Dunn, Robert Breakfield and Alecia Breakfield. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
