She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Glen Tolar; her parents, John Forbes and Myrtie Mae Forbes; her children, Shelby Tolar, Stephanie Tolar and Sandra Sanford; her siblings, Lena Delancey, Mary Forbes, Odell Forbes, Johnnie Mae Saxon, Nelson C. Forbes, Hoyt G. Forbes, Charlie Forbes, Melvin Forbes, William Albert Forbes and Thomas Forbes; and her grandsons, Brian Turnage and Christopher James Fulton.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Tolar, Karen Arbour, Nedra Pittman (Wendell) and Tracey Fulton (James). She is also survived by twelve Grandchildren; and a number of Great Grandchildren.
