She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Tolar and Flora Tolar; her siblings, Christine Breakfield, Helen Ruth Smith, Clarence Tolar and James Lavell Tolar; and her nephews, Kenneth Breakfield and Richard Tolar.

She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Janet Ward (Jimmy), Barbara Hutchins (Harry), Joyce Fortenberry (Hal), Keith Tolar (Cheryle), Thomas Tolar (Corrette) and Steve Tolar.
