With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mattie McKinney McDowell of Columbia, Mississippi, who passed away on August 19, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia McKinney and Wendell McDowell; and her stepbrother Hugh Wallace. She is survived by: her children, Reuben McDowell (Traci) of Columbia and Virginia Belton (Melvin) of Columbia; and her grandchildren, Logan McDowell of Columbia, Sawyer McDowell of Columbia, Alyssa Daggen (Marino) of Columbia, Malik Belton of Columbia and Jauan Belton (Yvonne) of Columbia. She is also survived by six Great Grandchildren.
