We are sad to announce that on August 8, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Mary Young Elfer (Columbia, Mississippi). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rita Young and Otis Wingo Young, Sr.; and her sister Dorothy Rita Watson. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Norman Elfer; her brother Father Otis Wingo Young, Jr.; her nephew Jason Watson (Thresa Watson); and her close friend Ochsner.

She luckily did not catch Covid-19 but lost her multiyear war against antiphospholipid antibody syndrome, an autoimmune disease.
