It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mabel Lowery (Columbia, Mississippi), who passed away on November 12, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Jimmy Lowery; her parents, Lawrence Lowery and Ione Lowery; her siblings, Vermel Lowery, Lillian Lowery, Jeanette Pierce, R. L. Lowery, Leroy Lowery, J. L. Lowery, Douglas Lowery and Kenneth "Buddy" Lowery, Sr.; and her grandson Adam Boudreax.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Thiac (Dale) of Columbia, Cindy Darr (George) of Goss, MS, Gwen Boudreax of Pensacola, FL, Lillian Connerly (David) of Kokomo, MS and DeWayne Boudreax (Lawanda) of Columbia; and her siblings, Ramona Smith of Sumrall, MS and Neil Lowery (Verna) of Bridge City, LA. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
