Linda Simmons Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Simmons (Columbia, Mississippi), who passed away on October 9, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Linda Simmons to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mavis and Porter Hudson, Sr.; her former husband Harold McBride; and her son Jason McBride. She is survived by: her husband Douglas Simmons; her daughters, Renee Porter (Tom), Nancy Hartfield (Stuart) and Michele Pierce (William); and her siblings, Ondean Webb, Woodley Hudson, Jearlyn Akers, Betty Ann Waits, Joel Hudson and Porter Hudson, Jr.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and two more great grandchildren.
