It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence O. Weatherford of Columbia, Mississippi, who passed away on March 17, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Janeen Weatherford; his parents, Johnny Weatherford and Willie Weatherford; and his siblings, Clyde Weatherford and Katie Mae Robbins.

He is survived by: his spouse Elloweese Weatherford; his sons, Neal Weatherford (Donja) and Don Weatherford; his stepchildren, Sharon Jernigan (Al) and Rodney Crawley (Vicky); his grandchildren, Tamara Bullock (Chris) and Matt Weatherford (Sheena); his great grandchildren, Ryan Bullock, Evan Bullock, Laurel Weatherford, Logan Bullock and Lola Weatherford; his stepgrandson Scott Person; and also Jerron Carney.
