She is survived by: her children, Michael Hughes (Stephanie) of Mendenhall, MS and Mary Smith (Shan) of Tylertown, MS; her grandchildren, Dylan Hughes (Caitlin) of Columbia, MS, Brandon Hughes (Nichole) of Coldwater, MS, Nathan Smith of Tylertown, MS, Kent Hughes of Mendenhall, MS, Neely Smith of Tylertown, MS, Hadley Hughes of Mendenhall, MS, Holly Hughes and Cali Smith; and her great grandchildren, Dallas Hughes, Bentley Hughes and Emerie Kate Hughes.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hathorn Funeral Home (167 Old Hwy 98 E, Columbia, MS 39429). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at the Woodlawn Cemetery.
