He is survived by: his wife Dorris Stringer Bowman of Pascagoula; his daughters, Sylvia Kendrick of Cocoa Beach, FL and Pam Wigel of Kingsport, TN; his sister Juanita Russell Miller of Franklinton, LA; his nieces, Fairba Russell Cade (Raymond) of Osyka, MS, Nancy Russell Forbes (Robert) of Roseland, LA and Julie Kathy Russell of Osyka, MS; and his nephew Lloyd Bowman Russell of Roseland, LA. He is also survived by two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
