She was predeceased by: her husband Neville Thornhill; her parents, William Hammond and Johnnie Hammond; and her siblings, Rose Lee Morgan, Maxine Hammond, Billie Bracey and William Sonny Hammond.
She is survived by: her children, Delbert Lynn Thornhill (Theresa) of Spring, TX., Vance Neville Thornhill (Debra) of Morgantown, MS and Ramona Thornhill Hauser (Ken) of Idabel, OK; and her sister Erma Jean Dunaway of Morgantown, MS. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; forty-seven great grandchildren; and thirteen great- great grandchildren.
