She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Windham; her parents, James Otis and Althea Gable Ishee; and her siblings, Wayne Ishee of Paul Ishee, O. J, Verdie Phillips, Gayola Ainsworth and Ann Lowery.
She is survived by: her children, Billie Rigney of Kokomo, Gina Holmes (Eddie) of Goss, Melissa Clark (Buzz) of Shiloh, Michelle Bullock (Michael) of Columbia and Kenneth Windham of Columbia; and her siblings, Pansy Geiger of Lumberton and Zeb Ishee of Jackson. She is also survived by seven Grandchildren; five Great Grandchildren; and five Great Great Grandchildren.
