He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Weaver and Mary Ola Lipe Weaver; his former wife Jeri Phillips Weaver; and his great grandchild Arianna Elizabeth Lee Wilks. He is survived by: his significant other Jamie; his children, Beth Weaver Lee (Rick Dykes) of Canton, MS and Beverly Weaver Sloniewsky (Mike) of Katy, TX; his grandchildren, Blake Lee, Brittany Lee, Taylor McAlpin, Maddie McAlpin and Ellie McAlpin; and his caregiver David Lee.
