He is survived by: his children, Amy S. Barber (Mitchell) and Joseph Daniel "Dan" Stephens (Carla); his grandchildren, Evan Brant Barber (Chloe), Ian Mitchell Barber, Daniel "Cort" Stephens (Gracey) and Pryce Sydney Stephens; his close friend Joseph Josh "JJ" Haney; and his pets, Rosie, Scarlett and Luna.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Columbia First United Methodist Church (411 Church St, Columbia, MS 39429). A celebration of life was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
