He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Ramshur and Erma Fitzhugh Ramshur; his siblings, Ras Ramshur, Tommy Ramshur, Tommie Wise, Wydell Lankford, Edna Earl Collins, Juanita Duliba and Christell Ramshur; and his brothers-in-law, Peter Mavrikis and Bennie Stringer.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Thrash Ramshur; his children, Jason Ramshur and Katherine Gayle Parker (Michael); his grandchildren, James Parker (Marissa) and Thomas Parker; his siblings, Paul Louis Ramshur, Doris Mavrikis and Billie Stringer; his great grandchildren, Joshua Parker, Waylon Parker and Jocelynn Parker; and his brother-in-law Bobby Lankford. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, ands friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hathorn Funeral Home (167 Old Hwy 98 E, Columbia, MS 39429). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at the Good Hope Baptist Church Cemetery (167 Hwy 198, Columbia, MS 39429).
