He was predeceased by: his parents, Vance Bullock and Viola Stevenson Bullock; his daughter Alisa Runell Bullock; his siblings, Glen Allen Bullock, Roy Sam Bullock, Bobbie Dean Bullock Hill, Billie Sue Bullock and Brenda Pounds; and his granddaughter Crystal Nicole Mcclelland.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Nell Cook Bullock; his daughters, Amelia B. Rayburn and Angela B. Knippers (Jerry); his brothers, Joseph Bullock (Martha Kay) and Lavon Bullock (Carolyn); his grandchildren, Brittni Cellini (Nick), Clint Rayburn (Joey) and Megan Tarver (Eric); and his great grandchildren, Dallas Butler, Dakota Mcclelland, Kolten Mcclelland, Deacon Rayburn, Elizabeth Tarver and Journee Tarver.
