He is survived by: his wife Glenda Cooper of Columbia; his children, Cheree Welch (Scott) of Columbia and Stephen Cooper (Mary) of Gulfport, MS; his siblings, Carolyn Cooper Polk (Toxie) of Columbia, Cathy Cooper Creel (Gerald) of Columbia and Joe Cooper (Brenda) of Columbia; and his grandchildren, Jordan Sinclair, Cole Welch, Raelee Welch, Ashley Cooper and Storme Cooper. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
