He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Daniels and Heddy Branton Daniels; and his siblings, Myrtle Smith, Lujean Harvey and Robert Daniels.

He is survived by: his wife Iva M. Daniels of Silver Creek, MS; his children, Robin Daniels (Eric Thurman) of Silver Creek and Clay Daniels (Tammy) of Silver Creek; his sister Alene Smith of Silver Creek; and his grandchildren, Patrick Turnage, Ryan Turnage, Clayton Daniels, Kayla Roberts, Joey Daniels and Lacey Sanders. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
