She was predeceased by: her husband Mike Bridges; her sons, Jason Bridges and Joseph Bridges; her parents, Charles Broom and Lessie Broome; and her sister Juanita Speights.
She is survived by: her siblings, Charlotte Hibley (Duane) of Columbia, Barbara Langston (Steve) of Columbia, Robert Broom of McComb, MS, Lewis Broom of Tylertown, MS and Darroll Broom of Columbia; her grandsons, Jonathon Bridges and Jacob Bridges; and her daughter-in-law Lavonia Bridges.
