He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Pittman and Inez Pittman; and his grandparents, J. D., Naomi Pickett, John Alvy and Telitha Pittman.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Sims Pittman; his daughters, Rene Lummis of Houston, TX and Riley Pittman of Hattiesburg; his siblings, Beth Harrison (Phil) of Birmingham, AL and Brad Pittman (Jacquelyne) of Hattiesburg; his granddaughter Lucy Lummis of Houston, TX; his niece Ruth (Doug Cole); and his nephews, Todd Harrison, Adam (Mallory Pittman) and John (Randa Pittman).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association and the Columbia Animal Shelter.
