She was predeceased by: her father William O. Moody; and her brother Alan Duane Moody. She is survived by: her children, William Clay Boyles of Columbia and Sharon Kuykendall (Mike) of Columbia; her mother Ruby Lee Johnston Moody of Columbia; her grandchildren, Kayla Hill (Steven) of Columbia, Brandan Barber of Columbia, Amber Barber of Columbia, Meranda Terry (Chris) of Kokomo and Braylon Boyles of Lexington, Ohio; her siblings, William Earl Moody of Texas, Thomas Oliver Moody (Elaine) of Foxworth and Elizabeth Moody Thompson (Larry) of Byram; and her great grandchildren, Cadence Terry of Kokomo, Mikah Terry of Kokomo, Weston Hill of Columbia, Brayleigh Barber of Columbia, Melanie Polk of Columbia, Holden Hill of Columbia and Layla Barber of Columbia.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hathorn Funeral Home (167 Old Hwy 98 E, Columbia, MS 39429). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at the Foxworth Cemetery.
