She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Cook; and her parents, William Johnson and Margie Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Janis Hayman of Mendenhall, MS and Ronald Wayne Cook of Columbia; her sisters, Jerrye Lamousin of Columbia and Hazel Pope of Columbia; her grandson Ronnie Cook (Nicole) of Ft. Myers, FL; and her great grandchildren, Eliana Cook, Caden Cook and Journey Cook. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
