She was predeceased by: her parents, Mitchell Cooper and Mamie Wilkes; her husband Lynn Hightower; her daughter Tammy Lynn Coker; the father of her children Ford Coker; her brothers, Gary Cooper and Kenneth Cooper; and her granddaughter Lindsey Nicole Coker.

She is survived by: her son Chris Coker; her grandchildren, Dylan Coker, Shane Coker and Cameron Coker; and her great grandchild Skylynn Coker.
