She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Lewis; her son Michael Lewis; her parents, William Willoughby and Flora Peavy Willoughby; and her siblings, J. D. Willoughby, Howard Willoughby (Rosie), Milton Willoughby (Geneva), Edith Willoughby, Letha Givens, Eunice Harvey and Elsie Ethridge.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Lewis (Lynn) and Vicki Sanford (Ralph); her grandchildren, Anna Montgomery (Andrew), Ben Sanford, Jillian Harris (Matt), William Tyler Lewis (Krislyn), Kimberly Lewis, Candice Lewis and Dean Lewis; her great grandchildren, Allie Rose Montgomery, Millie Lovelace Montgomery, Aaron Lewis, Trevor Lewis, Brinley Harris, Maddie Harris and Hannah Lewis; her daughter-in-law Julie Lewis; and her brother-in-law Roger Lewis (Toni). She is also survived by nephews, nieces, and friends.
