He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Moore and Nellie Pierce Moore; his sister Rachel Ingram; his niece Deann Wood; and his nephew Donald Doerner.

He is survived by: his siblings, Tiny Ann Brock (Larry) of Long Creek, Mae Doerner of Collinsville, Patsy Griffin of Collinsville, Kay Daugherty (Gawain) of Collinsville and Kellis Moore of Natchez, MS. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and five great-great nieces and nephews.
