It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Truly Smith of Collinsville, Mississippi, who passed away on March 27, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Truly Smith to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Weaver Smith and Lunie Smith; and his siblings, Hubert Smith, Bud Smith, Sang Smith, Hansel Smith, Paul Smith, Lola Smith, Darlene Tucker and Dorothy Thompson.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Smith; his siblings, Kye Smith (Betty) and Faye Sistrunk; and his sister-in-law Joyce W. Gressett. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
The family suggests memorial be made as donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital in lieu of flowers.
