He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Thomas Crudup. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Crudup; his daughter Elizabeth Logan Crudup; his stepdaughter Courtney Taylor Walters; his son Nathan Thomas Crudup; his mother Jacqueline "Jackie" Crudup; and his siblings, William "Bill" Covington Crudup and Carla Lynn Curry. He is also survived by two nephews, one niece, and one great-niece as well as a host of extended family and friends.
The family suggest memorials be made as donations to Poplar Springs Drive Baptist Church, Covenant Life Church or a charity of your choice.
