She was predeceased by: her husband Elton Hand; her daughter Ouida Burkeen; her sons-in-law, Douglas Brown and Legan Kemp; and her parents, George Tolbert and Leanna Tolbert.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Brown and Marilyn Kemp; her son-in-law Ricky Burkeen; and her grandchildren, Joey Burkeen (Shannon), Brian Burkeen (Tammy), Sheila Sullivan (Josh), Mark Brown (Jennifer) and Andrea Davis. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
Face masks would be appreciated by the family.
