He is survived by: his wife Annette; his children, Cristy Seal and Craig Proaps (Shelby); his grandchildren, Hawk Seal (Megan) and Carter Proaps; his great grandchild Houston Seal; and his siblings, Linda Goss, Charles Hayes, Larry Green and Laverne Green.
