He was predeceased by: his father James A. Smith; and his siblings, Phyllis Harris and Gene Smith. He is survived by: his wife Genia Smith; his children, Temple "Chris" Wilkes (Graham), Nicole Harris (James) and Cyle Keith (Angela); his grandchildren, Makenzie Bullock, Brendan Jones, Kelsey Harris, Bryce Harris, Brett Keith and Weston Keith; his mother Ruby Smith; his brothers, Dennis C. Smith (Robin) and Eddie Smith (Jenny); and his sister-in-law Barbara Smith.
The family requests memorials be made to Crossview Church, The American Cancer Society, or a charity of your choice in lieu of flowers.
