He was predeceased by: his father Gary Knuth; his grandparents, Henry "Hank" Knuth, Iola Knuth, James "Jimmie" Cline and Bille Ann Cline; and his uncle Charles "Chuck" Cline.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kaitlyn Knuth and Kathryn Knuth; his mother Sandra Knuth (Cline); his brother Richard "Rick" Knuth; his nephews, James Knuth and Caleb Knuth; and his uncle Bruce Cline. He is also survived by two cousins, as well as a host of friends and extended family.
