Richard Leon Pickard Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Leon Pickard of Collinsville, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 4, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hurrell and Dorothy Tempest Pickard (Minchew); his wife Phyllis Brown Pickard; and his brother Arnold Pickard. He is survived by: his children, Kelly Pickard and Will Pickard (Christina) of Collinsville; his grandchildren, Kaylyn Dearman, Lynsey Dearman, McKensey Dearman, Adriannah Bufkin and Wesley Lizanna; and his sisters, Jeanette Wilson, Louise Freeman, Gladys Davenport (Bill) and Barbara Graham (Don). He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Webb & Stephens Funeral Homes North (7774 MS-39, Meridian, MS 39305). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at the Brown Family Cemetery.
