Penny Buchanan Obituary

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Erman M. Crenshaw and Lois M. Johnson Crenshaw; her son Wade Tingle; her brothers, Keith Crenshaw and Carl Crenshaw; her husband Bobby Buchanan of Collinsville; her son Andy Tingle (Kelly) of Texas City, Texas; her siblings, Sarah Waddell of Philadelphia and Gerald Crenshaw of Philadelphia; and her grandchildren, Morgin Tingle, McKenzie Layton, Madison Pena, Austin Tingle, Lynzie Chang and Anna Claire Tingle. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
