He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Joseph Rebeles and Shirley Faye Evatt Palmer; and his stepfather Sonny Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Anita Dallas Rebeles; his children, Robye Rebeles, Joseph Rebeles and Miller Rebeles; his siblings, Candace Dunlap (Mark), Ronnie Womack and Dezeree Deguzman (Derek); and his stepbrother Jeff Palmer (Karen). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Collinsville United Methodist Church.
