She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Olin Jerrell Polk; her children, Dale, Robin Polk, Anita, Raymond Thebo, Barbara and Robert Grubb; her grandchildren, Jessica Lattimore (Cody), Rebekah Thebo, Kaitlin Polk, Savannah Thebo and Ashton Brashier; and her great grandchild Dillon Wright.
