She was predeceased by: her former husband Aaron Clark; and her grandson Jeff Simmons. She is survived by: her husband Mel Bounds; her daughters, Diane Simmons and Nan Broadhead (Earl); her grandson Chris Simmons (Samantha); and her great grandchildren, Lex, Hayden and Chloe.
