He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Dorothy Phillips; his brothers, Lynn Phillips (Jeri) and Terry Phillips of Collinsville; his niece Jessy Phillips Lyons (Trey) of Chicago, Ill.; his nephew Drew Phillips of Seattle; his father Fred Phillips; and his grandparents, Roy, Verdie Phillips, Hubert and Ruby Brooks. He was also cherished by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
