He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Moulds and Bertie Lee Moulds; his wife Earline Moulds; and his brothers, Charles Moulds, Tommy Moulds, Ricky Moulds, Marvin Moulds, Jimmy Ray Moulds, Herbert Moulds Jr. and Danny Ray Moulds.

He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Ann Moulds, Sue Miller, Jean Hughes (Jerry), Carol Brown, Lorie Moulds, Paul Rice Sr. and Roger Dale Moulds (Retha); his daughter Kathy Walters; his grandson William; and his nephews, Austin Moulds and Joey Moulds (Trisha). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
