He is survived by: his daughter Tessla Kendal Talley; his parents, Dan Talley, Jr. and Suzette Partridge (Tim); his brother Zach Talley; and his grandparents, Art, Sandra Moore of Collinsville, Wayne and Judy Barrett of Collinsville. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Jason was born July 29, 1998 at Rush Foundation Hospital in Meridian to his parents, Dan and Suzette.
