She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Benjamin and Jewel Beatrice Livingston; her husband Eulus Odell Johnson; her grandson Cooper Johnson Scarbrough; and her siblings, Lavon, Linton, Elwin, Kenneth and Pauline.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy; her son-in-law Archie Scarbrough; and her sisters-in-law, Patsy Livingston, Ruth Livingston and Imogene Joyner.
