She was predeceased by: her husband Philip Neal; and her parents, Rev. Shelton and Minnie Rhodes. She is survived by: her children, Philip Neal, Tim Neal, Wanda Adkins (Robert) and Kathy Clearman (Danny). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
