With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Irby of Collinsville, Mississippi, who passed away on April 16, 2022 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dorothy Irby to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Leland Irby, Sr.; her daughter Tracy Irby; her brothers, Billy Alexander, James Alexander and Bobby Alexander; and her parents, Charlie Alexander and Annie Alexander.

She is survived by: her son Leland Irby (Glynese); her grandchildren, Justin Irby, Lana Irby and Jacob Irby; her daughter Debbie Bowsell; her granddaughter Brandi Smith; her great grandchild Caden Smith; and her siblings, Elsie Gray, Mary Ruth Cochran, Betty Bronnenberg (Jim) and Johnny Alexander. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.

The Irby family suggests memorials be made to Children's Playground Project at Oak Hill Baptist Church in lieu of flowers.
