He was predeceased by: his parents, Connard Capps and Amy Capps; and his brother Dave Capps. He is survived by: his wife Illine Giles Capps. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
